Deep fryers are used in hotels, restaurants, eateries, fast-food stores, touristic facilities and canteens in order to fry food. See Page 7 (Image -1) (Image -2)  In case of electrical leakage in the device, immediately contact our service center.  Manufacturing company is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect electrical connection of the device.  Never touch the device while checking the electrical leakage.  Replace the damaged parts with genuine parts. Manufacturing company guarantees that the device shall be within the warranty scope and safe only when these parts are used.  Use the device on a level surface.  If you detect any malfunction in the device, turn off and plug out the device, contact our authorized service personnel. Pay attention not to operate the device before the repair works are completed.  Unauthorized repairs performed by people other than the authorized service personnel may lead to personal injury or damage to machine.  All repair works should be performed by authorized service personnel. Otherwise, the device will not be included within the warranty scope.  Warranty period of the device is 1 year after the purchase date. III- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS switch When you lift up the resistor safety switch is turned on and turns off the electric circuit. It is possible to keep the cooking container of the deep fryer using the thermostat. Waste oil can be easily drained using drain tap. IV- WARNING LABELS V- FIRST OPERATION    Before operating the device for the first time, remove the protective nylon material on the device and them wipe it first with a damp and then dry cloth. Do not use detergent to wipe the device. Odor and smoke may be present due to the heating parts of the machine during the first operation. These odor and smoke will disappear and are normal. Vı – ASSEMBLY Device;  Should be mounted and adjusted by experienced technical personnel.  The filter should be placed under the hood to avoid possible smoke and odor during cooking process.  Should be placed on a flat surface by leveling on four adjustable pillars. See Page 6 (Image -4)  Side walls should be placed with at least 5 cm gaps. See Page 6 (Image-4)  Remove the protective nylon and clean residual label parts using proper cleaner.  Never leave inflammable matters near the device.  If it fails or does not operate do not try to repair and call the authorized service center. Image- 4 6 VII - OPERATION GREEN SIGNAL LAMP: Shows the device is electrically supplied. YELLOW SIGNAL LAMP: Shows that the resistors are supplied with electric circuit. - Operation   Rotate the thermostat knob and set at the desired level. You may adjust the thermostat to any desired level starting from 100 Cº (lowest temperature). See Page 7 (Image -2) When the signal lamps turn off it shows that the cooking container of the device has reached to the desired level. You may start cooking.  - Turning Off  Press the thermostat switch and switch to “O” position. See Page 7 (Image -1) Closed (Image-1) Lowest temperature 100 ˚C (Image-2) VIII- MAINTENANCE Turn of the main electric supply before cleaning the device.  Do not perform maintenance works while the device is electrically supplied.  Wipe the device using a cloth dampened in warm and soapy water before the device is cooled down.  It is strictly forbidden to use acid-containing chemicals on the stainless surface of the device during cleaning.  Never clean the device using pressurized water or pressurized steam pressure. Otherwise this may lead to resistor malfunction.  While cleaning the device do not allow ingress of water through the vents.  In case of a danger related to the device contact the authorized service center. Do not allow unauthorized interventions in the machine.  Drain the oil accumulated in the cooking container of the device using the drain tap. IX - ELECTRIC CONNECTION      Connect the device to electrical installation in compliance with the electrical norms of the relative country. Supply the device with the mains voltage specified on the information label. Perform the electric installation of the device using a proper fuse and fix the fuse to an easily accessible location. The cable connecting the device to electric installation should be TTR 5x4 for AEF-490 and TTR 5x6 mm for AEF-890. If the device is to be used in the kitchen apply proper grounding system. 7 400 V AC N PE Supply Cables (TTR 5x6 mm for AEF-490, TR 5x25mm for AEF-890) (To be connected to the main voltage line) CAUTION! Make the connections according to the numbers on the supply cable. Otherwise the device may fall out of the scope of the warranty.
