dynamics and realism achieved by untraditional
design criteria – very high dynamic capacity, controlled directivity, impulse correct transient response. Leaving the lowest bass to a separate bass system enables clarity, resolution and above all dynamics in the midrange and upper bass frequency specter. The horn loaded ribbon driver matches this dynamic and open character and creates a coherent soundfield where instruments appear like separate physical objects. And this sound character is present also when the volume is turned down. Of course you will loose the tactile feel, but the clarity and this sense of dynamics and realism is still there.

controlled sound radiation experience the
combination of huge sound filling the whole room and precise location of instruments up front. Radiation pattern determines soundstage and imaging, the illusion of music from real instruments, totally separated from the speakers. Smooth horisontal radiation pattern ensures equal tonal balance and great sound across a wide seating area. In the vertical direction there is just enough coverage to ensure you still have great sound when lying down on the sofa, while reflections from ceiling and floor are much reduced.

horn Controlled directivity with very smooth response across listening area and reduced undesired radiation into reflective surfaces. The shape of the horn and internal acoustic damping provides accurate directivity control and no internal reflections.
HF driver Waveguide horn loading increases headroom significantly at lower treble frequencies; makes it possible to use a small ribbon driver for best possible sound quality.

Simulation optimized internal shape for resonance control and reduced midrange leakage through acoustic ports.
Optimized for midrange and upper bass performance. Very high thermal capacity, large displacement and oversized motor reduces dynamic compression.
crossover New high-slope technology removes all undesired output from drivers and gives very smooth response with controlled phase and time-domain characteristics.

F1 and F1p version Two different versions – choose the F1 for more a more forward and slightly rougher sound, while the F1p delivers a slightly more laidback sound signature. But the differences are rather subtle. Different LF drivers separates the F1 and F1p.

Finish Choose between black or white matte low-gloss. The front trim panels have various finish options.
Front cover Mount the cover for protection or if you prefer the look with the cover on.
Acoustic port configuration Acoustic damping plugs for ports reduce bass level. Leave the ports open for more powerful bass, or put in the plugs for better and easier integration to your bass system.
