Rapid2+™ Clamp Product Sheet
Mounting Suggestions for the Rapid2+ Clamp We recommend to not use a tightening torque of more than 10.5 ft-lbs when fastening the clamp. Percussion drills as well as extremely long Allen wrenches MUST NOT BE USED to mount the Rapid2+ clamps. When using cordless drills, be sure that the tightening torque falls within the recommended range as each drill has different settings. If the tightening torque is too high, the module frame and the clamps could become damaged. Note: A impact driver has a much higher torque range than a standard drill making it unsuitable.
Do not use over-long Allen wrenches.
Tighten to 13 ft-lbs.
Do not use impact driver.
Do not use ratchet wrench.
