EVERY PART GUARANTEED. WARRANTY PLUS COVERAGE For New ISC, ISL, ISM, ISX & Signature On-Highway Cummins Engines* Terms and Conditions 1. Warranty Plus cover must be purchased within 6 months of New Engine Date In Service. 2. The engine must be maintained in accordance with **Cummins recommended Maintenance Schedules and Operation Manual. 3. Maintenance items include: injectors, fuel gear pump, fuel electric transfer pump (ISX/Signature not included) water pump, drive belt idler pulley/ tensioners, turbocharger, air compressor, vibration damper and engine sensors. Items listed above must be replaced at Cummins recommended Maintenance Item intervals at the owner’s expense if the Extended Warranty is intended to be continued on these items until the conclusion of the coverage. If the owner elects not to replace the item(s) listed above then the items will no longer be covered for the remainder the Extended Warranty Coverage. 4. Belts, Non Cummins Branded Fan Hubs & Clutches, ***hoses/clamps and **** wiring harnesses are not covered by this Extended Coverage Program. 5. Starters/Alternators are not covered under this Extended Coverage. 6. This Extended Coverage Program covers failures caused through defective material and/or workmanship (refer, Progressive Damage Guidelines). Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect and accidental damage will not be covered by this Extended Coverage Program. 7. Cummins is not responsible for towing, incidental damage, consequential damage, downtime, vehicle hire or recovery or other commercial costs. 8. Reasonable travel/labour mileage and lodgings will be covered by this Extended Coverage Program for disabling failures only. Cummins reserves the right to tow the vehicle. 9. This Extended Coverage Program is transferable with change of owner. The coverage stays with vehicle if the engine is changed out, and continues until the Coverage expires. 10. Cummins Coolant, Cummins Oil, Cummins or Fleetguard filters are recommended to be used while the Engine is still covered by this Extended Coverage Program but the customer is under no obligation to do so. 11. All Warranty repairs covered under this Extended Warranty Coverage are to be carried out by Cummins Branch or Cummins Authorised Dealer locations, unless prior Authorisation has been given by Cummins. * ** *** ****
