BIG SOMETHING STAGE PLOT OPTIONAL LIGHTING PACKAGE: Requires separate 20amp circuit 6 – 8 Chauvet Intimidator 150s on stands Chauvet Hurricane Haze Machine TECHNICAL  REQUIREMENTS:     Unless  stipulated  otherwise  in  the  contract,  the  following  is  required  and  is  a  part  of  the     Agreement.  Please  initial  the  bottom  of  this  page  to  acknowledge  you  have  read  and  agree  to  all  of  the  following   terms:       1.  Big  Something  sound  engineer  will  mix  FOH  system  for  the  duration  of  band’s  performance.  Venue  will  provide  Big   Something  sound  engineer  access  to  house  mixing  board,  all  house  mics,  stands,  and  cables  for  use  throughout  the   entire  duration  of  band’s  performance.         2.  OUTDOOR  SHOWS:  If  the  performance  is  to  take  place  outdoors,  the  stage  /  performance  area  must  be  above  ground   and  of  sturdy  construction;  flat,  level  and  free  of  tripping  hazards.  The  stage  deck  and  sub-­‐structure  shall  not  have  sag  or   bounce  that  would  cause  amplifiers,  speaker  stacks  or  lighting  rigs  to  lean  or  sway.  ALSO  –  the  stage,  FOH  mixing  area,   all  power  sources  and  all  equipment  must  be  completely  covered  by  a  roof  of  sturdy  construction  to  protect  gear  and   musicians  from  rain  and  all  other  forms  of  inclement  weather.         3.  POWER:  Buyer  must  provide  one  (1)  AC  Distribution  system  capable  of  not  only  powering  the  House  and  Monitor   systems  being  provided,  but  also  able  to  provide  power  to  the  band  equipment  at  various  drops  (minimum  4  power   drops)  on  stage  with  a  minimum  of  200  amps  of  service.  This  system  should  have  circuit  breakers  on  both  the  Primary   and  Secondary.  Lighting  power  should  be  separate  and  fully  isolated  from  audio  and  musical  equipment  power  service.       4.  PA:  Buyer  must  provide  a  minimum  3-­‐way  active  PA  system  capable  of  producing  at  115dB  without  audible  distortion,   60o  phase  turn  per  octave,  properly  crossed-­‐over,  and  in  proper  phase  relationship  with  PA.       5.  MONITORS:  Buyer  must  provide  3  –  5  wired  and  powered  stage  monitors  with  separate  mixes.       6.  HOUSE  ENGINEER:  Buyer  must  provide  house  sound  engineer  from  load-­‐in  to  load-­‐out  to  assist  big  something  sound   engineer  with  the  house  system  and  in  the  event  of  technical  difficulties.       7.  SOUND  CHECK:  Artist  requires  a  full  sound  check  of  at  least  30  minutes.  If  this  is  not  an  option  due  to  the  nature  of   your  event,  please  contact  tour  manager.       8.  BACK  LINE:  Artist  requires  no  back-­‐line  equipment  and  WILL  NOT  use  back-­‐line  if  they  choose  not  to.       9.  GEAR  SHARING:  With  regards  to  equipment  sharing,  Artist  will  not  share  any  of  their  own  equipment  with  other  acts   on  the  bill,  unless  arrangements  are  made  in  advance  with  Tour  Manager.       10.  SECURITY:  Buyer  shall  guarantee  proper  security  at  all  times  to  ensure  the  safety  and  privacy  of  Artist  crew  and   guests,  all  equipment,  and  personal  property  from  the  beginning  of  load-­‐in  until  completion  of  load-­‐out.       11.  TAPING  AND  CAMERAS  ARE  ALLOWED.  Video  and  Broadcasting  of  any  sort  may  be  allowed  only  with  Artist’s  prior   consent.  Please  advance  this  issue  with  Tour  Manager.  Artist  retains  the  non-­‐negotiable  right  to  record  (audio  and/or   video)  their  performance  or  have  it  recorded  for  them,  free  of  charge  or  limitation  from  buyer  or  venue.       If  there  are  any  questions  or  if  you  are  unable  to  fully  meet  any  of  these  requirements,  please  contact  Tour  Manager  as   soon  as  possible.       Buyer  Initials:  _______       Date:______________
