Contents: IQvitals® Table Mount [9A551002] Intended Use: The IQvitals® table mount is intended to provide an adjustable table-mounted support for the IQvitals® device and its accessories. Models: 604 / 623 / 625 Step 1: Remove side cladding. Installation............... 1 Exploded View......... 5 Language of origin: English Restrictions: To be used on 204, 222, 223 Ritter tables and 604, 623, 625-001, and 625-003 Midmark tables. Note The cladding on 604 models with serial numbers V1177446 thru present is magnetic. It is not necessary to remove drawers / screws. Models: 623 A) Refer to appropriate illustration for details. Models: 204 / 222 / 223 Step 1: Go to Step 2. 622 / 623 cladding is magnetic. Pull outward to remove. Models: 604 Model: 625 Screws To remove 625 cladding: A. Press two tabs. B. Pull bottom of cladding away from table. C. Lift cladding up to remove. TP200 Rev. A Serial #’s prior to V1177445: Cladding is secured with screws from inside cabinet. C (1/26/17) Step 3: Install accessory arm to table. Step 2: Install socket. A) B) C) D) E) Slide socket off of accessory arm. Remove hole plug. Insert socket into hole. Secure socket with two hex screws. Replace cladding on table. A) B) C) D) Position accessory arm as shown. Insert into socket until release lever locks and clicks into place. Pull slightly to ensure it’s in place securely. Secure basket onto arm with washers and nuts onto studs with provided wrench. Hole Plug Socket TP200 Rev. A) Unscrew thumb screw. B) Slide IQvitals® monitor onto plate until spring pin locks and clicks into place. C) Tighten thumbscrew under mounting plate to secure IQvitals® . Thumb Screw Equipment Alert Be sure the thumb screw is lowered before installing the IQvitals® onto the mounting plate. TP200 Rev. A) B) C) D) E) F) G) Remove plug-in prongs from IQvitals® power supply. Slide new adapter to IQvitals® power supply. Connect accessory power cord to new adapter/power supply. Connect IQvitals® power supply cord to the second position on the IQvitals® monitor. Place adapter/power supply in holder on basket. Wrap excess cord between the power supply and the IQvitals® . Secure to arm with cable tie. Plug power cord into table receptacle. Adapter/Power Supply Holder Excess Cord & Tie Note: Accessory power cord is pre-installed and routed through the accessory arm.
