Cold Brew Lock Out – Will not brew before preset temperature is reached. Large 240oz Tank – Provides back to back brewing (7.1 litres) Warmer Settings – Leave on for glass decanters or turn off for stainless steel insulated servers. Warmer Time Settings – Automatically turns warmers off at preset time. Brew Counter – Keeps track of brew cycles, providing information for preventative maintenance programs, account qualification and other valuable information. Water Filter Monitor – Display indicates when water filter needs to be replaced.
Hot Water Faucet – Delivers steaming hot water for tea, hot chocolate, and soup without affecting the brewing cycle. Built-In Self Diagnostic – Expidites service. Custom Settings: Pre-Infusion – Coffee is pre-moistened before actual brewing process begins AIB (Automatic Intermittent Brewing). This dual hopper grinder gives you 3 batch size selections for each hopper. Each hopper is easily programmable to your requirements for large, medium and small batches. The unique “Custom Blend” feature enables automatic blending of the beans in both hoppers for creating your own special blend.
The brewer can easily be converted to a one gallon brewer by using our stainless steel satellite containers. The 3-volume selection buttons are easily programmed from the front of the machine for the batch size requirements you need – a full gallon, half gallon or small batch. You decide. One Gallon Satellite Container sold separately.
The C21 Extended Brewers brew into an 85 ounce (2.5 liters) GF Dispenser. The GF Dispenser keeps coffee fresh and hot for hours. This portable dispenser comes with a glass gauge on the front so you can see when it is time to brew again. Great in self-serve locations.GF Dispenser sold separately.
The C21 Air Pot Brewer can brew into an airpot (see front cover) or a GF Dispenser as shown above. Brew into the GF Dispenser and place the dispenser onto the GF Dispensing stand.GF Dispenser sold separately.
C21-DB GF DISPENSER WITH STAND The portable dispenser comes with a glass gauge on the front, so you know when to brew again. Convenient and easy to use.The Stand has a removable drip tray which doubles as a cup locator. The GF Dispensing Stand accommodates various cup sizes up to 24 ounces.
C21 BREWER WITH INSULATED SERVERS When using the warmer disable feature, insulated stainless steel servers can be used in place of glass decanters. These non-breakable servers keep coffee fresh and hot for hours without adding heat. Servers come with 5 year warranty. Servers sold separately.
