This product converts SDI signal to analog composite video signal and supports both PAL/NTSC output. It can separate audio from SDI to allow connection with earphones or other sound devices and achieve to output image and sound at the same time perfectly.

2. INSTALLATION EQUIPMENTS
Connect devices as above figure shows and then follow below instructions: 1). Connect the SDI cable from the source device to the SDI input port; 2). Connect CVBS(BNC) output port to BNC display and set it to the right AV channel; 3). Connect the SDI cable from the SDI 1 or SDI 2 output port to the SDI displays; 4). Connect sound devices or earphones with R/L audio port; 5). Connect the power supply to SDI converer. It starts working.
Besides, it has SDI splitter function (1 SDI input and 2 simultaneous SDI outputs.) and caters for the needs in SDI broadcast room, no-linear editing field, CCTV security and training showroom etc.

4. FEATURES
Devices can receive SDI signal or composite signal, such as SDI display, BNC display
1). SDI splitter function After the connection is done(refer to below figure), the splitter function starts working. It can support SD-SDI (270Mbps), HD-SDI(1.485Gbps) and 3G-SDI(2.97Gbps) and distribute 1 SDI input to 2 simultaneous SDI outputs.

3. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. MPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1). Keep the product aways from damp, heat sources, dust, Oxide Gas and corrosive gas environment. 2). Protect all components from strong vibration, crash, knocking and drop. 3). Hold the power supply plug when disconnect it from power socket intead of pulling power cable. 4). Turn off the power when you are not using it. Disconnect the power supply plug completely when not using for long time. 5). Do not open the housing and touch any inner components. 6). Only use power supply offered or specified by the manufacturer. 7). Please keep this manual for further reference.

2). SDI repeater function This splitter provides equalized and re-clocked transmission, and supports signal input and output distances of up to 400meters for SD-SDI signal,200meters for HD-SDI signal and 100meters for 3G-SDI signal. Note:Tested by Belden 1694A cable,the distance may vary if by cables of different specification.

3). SDI converter function After the connection is done(refer to below figure), the BNC port outputs composite video(CVBS) and R/L audio port outputs audio signal at the same time. Select PAL/NTSC system by P/N switch.

1). This product supports wide voltage input. Users can choose power supply from DC5V-30V as input.

5). The input and output resolution will be detected automatically and displayed on the top left correr of the screen when the converter is working. 2). It can auto detect SDI signal. When detecting correct signal, LED turns blue, or it is red.

4). Wide voltage design This converter applies wide voltage inside design. It can support DC5V-30V voltage input(lowest power is 5W) and is more suitable for projects.

6. FAQ 3). It can select PAL/NTSC system by P/N switch.

5). Intelligent design Easy plug and play, it can detect input SDI signal automatically. Indicator LED turns blue when correct SDI signal inputs, turns red when no signal or incorrect signal inputs and allows project customer to find the problem easily.
4). When no SDI signal input, it will display testing color bar signal.
Q1: No image output A1: 1). Check if all cables and devices connection are correct and stable. 2). Check to see if there is testing color bar on screen. If yes, then the product is working normally and need to check the input source signal. 3). Make sure the TV input source be set to correct channel. Q2: Abnormal deviation image or partial image A2: 1). Check wether the TV supports both PAL and NTSC or only supports one of them. 2). Use P/N switch to choose the system supported by TV (some TV only supports one of the two PAL/NTSC)
