See Section 2, “Units List” for the units lineup. (2) For details of operating procedures, performance and specifications, refer to the instruction manual accompanying the instrument. (3) This product uses electrical devices. These devices are very sensitive to static electricity, and service work must therefore always be performed with electrical equipment and the workbench grounded. The worker should be grounded through a 1 MΩ resistance, using a wristband, to prevent shock caused by leakage from electrical equipment. (4) When applying voltages to diagnose the product, take care to avoid shocks. (5) Check solder joints before performing repair work. (6) When a failure requires that electrical parts be replaced, replace with equivalent parts after checking their specifications. (7) When ordering spare parts, specify the product name, product serial number, part code, part name, part number, and manufacturing part number. (Note) Depending upon quantity and the type of part, delivery may take some time. (8) Some of parts are not supplied alone. This applies to the following : • Connection Part Unit • Other set parts (9) When ordering a unit, specify the unit name and the unit code No. (Example) Unit name : 3455 Power Supply Circuit Board Unit Unit Code No. : 50000903 ________________________________________________________________________________________ CONFIDENTIAL 2 3 Units List 3455 3455 Power Supply Circuit Board Unit Code No.: 50000903 (See 5.1) 3455 Current Input Board Unit Code No.: 50000904 (See 5.2) 3455 LCD Circuit Board Unit Code No.: 50000905 (See 5.3) 3455 Connector Board Unit Code No.: 50000906 (See 5.4) 3455 Mechanical Unit Code No.: 50000907 (See 6) 3455 Molding Unit Code No.: 50000908 (See 7.1) 3455 Connection part Unit Code No.: 50000909 (See 7.2) 3455 Accessory Unit Code No.: 50001473 (See 7.3) 3455 Packing Unit Code No.: 50001474 (See 7.4) 3455 Adjustment Unit Code No.: 50001475 (See 7.5) 3455 Option Unit Code No.: 50001476 (See 7.6) 3455 Media Unit Code No.: 50001759 (See 7.7) ________________________________________________________________________________________ 4 CONFIDENTIAL 3 Calibration 3.1 Equipment Required Device Name Maker and Model Name Generator FLUKE 5500A or equivalent Digital multi-meter (DMM) Agilent Technologies 34401A or equivalent Direct current stabilization power supply KENWOOD TMI PW18-3ADP or equivalent *1 Voltage divider *1 Resistor HIOKI (Input : 5 kV, output :5 V) Battery pack HIOKI 9459 AC adapter HIOKI 9753 HIOKI(0.1 MΩ, 1 MΩ, 5 MΩ, 8 MΩ, 20 MΩ, 80 MΩ, 800 MΩ, 8 GΩ, 80 GΩ, 800 GΩ, 4 TΩ) *1 product is produced as jig with HIOKI. 3.2 Connection of the devices The metal fittings of LR6 alkaline battery the storage department of the 3455 reverse sides are used for the connection with the power supply. -1.
