The Holly Mini-Matic Tabletop Mixer/Grinder has been created with you in mind. With a smaller 50 pound tub design, we’ve helped take a little bit of your load off since lifting lighter loads of product reduces bodily strain. This compact, rugged and all stainless steel design is also flexible enough to fit on a counter or cart, at a height for easy loading and unloading. Holly Mini-Matic’s 50 pound per minute production capability is also excellent for fresh store operations.
