Overview The SFP+ Passive DAC cable is a highperformance, cost effective I/O solutions for 10Gb Ethernet and 10G Fiber Channel applications. SFP+ Passive DAC cable enables hardware manufacturers and data center operators to achieve high port density, configurability and utilization at a very low cost and with reduced power requirements. These high-speed DAC cables meet and exceed the performance and reliability requirements stipulated by Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel industry standards. They are compliant with the SFP+ MSA specifications.

40GbE QSFP+ Passive DAC Cable
Overview The QSFP+ Passive DAC Cable is designed for high-density applications that integrate 4 InfiniBand channels at 10 Gbps per lane. This passive DAC cable offers a highly cost-effective way to establish a 40-Gigabit link between QSFP+ ports of QSFP+ switches within racks and across adjacent racks. The QSFP+ Passive DAC Cable is used for 40GbE and Infiniband standards. To maximize performance, the QSFP+ DAC cable is designed to meet emerging data center and high performance computing application needs. This cable is a high density cabling interconnect system capable of delivering an aggregate data bandwidth of 40Gbps. The QSFP+ Passive DAC Cable is fully compliant to existing industry standard specifications such as the QSFP+ MSA and IBTA (InfiniBand Trade Association). The QSFP+ cable supports the bandwidth transmission requirements as defined by IEEE 802.3ba (40 Gbps) and Infiniband QDR (4x10Gb/s per channel) specifications.
