E-Z HAUL TRANSPORT AND DISPLAY RACK III READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for purchasing the EZ-Haul Transport and Display Rack. When properly assembled and maintained, this product will provide years of reliable service. These instructions include helpful hints and important information needed to safely assemble and properly maintain the rack. Please read these instructions before you begin. If you have any questions during the assembly, contact customer service for assistance. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS •
DO NOT load the assembled rack with more than 1100 lbs.
•
Always place heaviest loads within the lower third of the rack to prevent tipping.
•
After assembly, periodically check fasteners to make sure they are tight and secure.
•
This transport and display rack is not a toy. Never allow children to sit or climb on the rack.
•
Always distribute payload evenly over the surface of the racks.

REQUIRED TOOLS The following list identifies the main tools needed for assembly. •
Metric wrench or socket set with ratchet
UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS The following steps help to ensure that you have all the necessary parts before you begin. 1. Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where you can easily inventory the parts. 2. If anything is missing or you have questions during assembly, contact customer service.

E-Z HAUL TRANSPORT AND DISPLAY RACK III ATTACH CASTERS TO THE BASE FRAME 1. Place base frame upsidedown on a flat surface. Place cardboard or similar material on the assembly surface to protect the base finish. 2. At the hitch end of the base frame, attach the swivel casters using four (4) bolts, four (4) lock washers, and four (4) flat washers per caster. Install split lock washer against bolt head. 3. Next, attach each fixed caster to the hitch post end of the frame using four (4) bolts, four (4) lock washers, and four (4) flat washers per caster. Install split lock washer against bolt head. 4. After installing all casters, return to and tighten all bolts using a customer-supplied metric wrench or socket and ratchet.
Hitch
Attach swivel casters to hitch end of frame.
5. With assistance, carefully turn the assembled base frame over onto the casters.

Attach fixed casters to hitch post end of frame.

Rack Support Bars
INSTALL RACK SUPPORTS With assistance, carefully lift each rack support and slide the lower end into the corner braces of the base.
Rack Stop
NOTE: Position the support bars of each rack support toward the inside (facing each other). Align the rack stops with each other. See diagram below (right).

INSTALL DISPLAY RACKS Slide each rack, lip edge facing up, into place at the desired height. Racks lock into place over the rack support bars as shown in the photos. Verify that racks are level and adjust as needed. MAINTENANCE •
Periodically check fasteners to verify they remain tight and secure.

Lubricate casters with a light weight oil as needed.
•
Check racks to verify that wire grids remain secure to rack frame. Repair or replace as needed. Adjustable Rack
