Yamaha G14-G22 Sport Windshield Installation Instructions Part# 13401 Hardware Kit 1-Windshield & Frame 4-3/8 x1 Button Head Bolts 4-3/8 locknuts 4-3/8 flatwashers 1’-Rubber Trim Installation Instructions: 1. If you have a roof on your cart, remove roof from the cart. 2. Included is a 1’ piece of rubber trim for added windshield stability. Install the rubber trim to the center of the windshield before mounting the windshield on the cart. Figure 3 shows the rubber trim installed on the finished product. 3. On both sides of the cart, measure from bottom corner of front cowl straight up 5” and draw a light pencil line parallel with the ground. 1” from the front side of cowl drill a 3/8 hole through the body using a 3/8” drill bit. Figure 1 shows the correct location to drill the holes. Using the supplied bolts, washers and locknuts loosely mount the sport windshield to body of the cart. Use your windshield frame as a guide and mark the top holes for drilling. NOTE: You can mount the windshield at whatever angle you want. Using a 3/8” drill bit, drill the top holes in the body. Using the supplied bolts, washers and locknuts mount the windshield frame to the cart. 4. Securely tighten all bolts.
