In-house turnaround time represents the time a unit spends at M3 in the repair process, the 3-Business Day turnaround time is an objective that is not guaranteed, and this time does not include transit time. M3 will provide ground shipment on all outbound repairs to specified customer delivery location and bear all costs and risks associated with transportation; or, ship units via customer-designated carrier and method, charged to customer’s account. Includes application loading and configuration management. Provide support cover Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, excluding holidays observed by M3 Mobile and their repair centers. Provide callback response within four (4) business hours. The M3 representative will: Assess the nature of the problem. Assist/perform problem determination and manage problem resolution.

M3 Maintenance Policy (DOA & RMA) Thank you for all of your interest and support. New M3 Mobile's maintenance policy is applied from year 2014. Please take time to read this notices for modifications.
A. DOA & RMA Policy a.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) is one of the after care services provided by M3 Mobile to repair any physical damages of failure of certain functions on arrival of product. It is applicable when products are to be returned to us due to faulty within 90 days of shipping date. ( ※ If partner disassemble the products, can not be supported as RMA or DOA)

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is one of the after care services provided by M3 Mobile to repair any physical damages of failure of certain functions.
It is applicable when products are to be returned to us due to faulty after 90 days of shipping date.
※ All DOA & RMA should be applied through online registration at http://itc.m3mobile.net . ※ When the shipping cost is payable by please obtain courier account details before shipping.
