OVERVIEW EVO20 is a multipurpose line-array element that can serve as portable/installed FOH for medium venues and as ancillary side/down fill for lager PA systems, with a coherent, natural sound within the coverage area. EVO20 is a High value professional 2-way active dual 10”Line Array system with excellent sonic performance and reliability, in a convenient and cost-effective package that meets all Audio Industry professional standards, optimized as main system in portable professional sound reinforcement or touring applications as well as High SPL installations for Club sound, sport arenas or performance venues. This new active Line Array complete system solution features high quality European transducers and electronic components, European safety regulations and certifications, superior construction and finish and maximum ease of configuration, set-up and operation. The HF assembly mounts two 3” compression drivers and a specially modified version of IDEA’s proprietary Hi-Q 8-slot diffraction waveguide allowing for minimum vertical gap between array elements and providing optimum element coupling and reducing artifacts and DSP adjustments. For the MF and LF sections, EVO20 mount dual high-performance 10” woofers.

Like all other IDEA VOA and EVO line array elements feature IDEA’s integrated precision steel rigging system allowing for 0-10º angulations in 1º splays to allow for optimum coverage and maximum efficiency of the constant curvature array system in every application.
