But because of the possibility - however improbable - of a single super-large claim (for example, what if someone placed a prototype device worth millions of dollars in an Aquapac and it were damaged?) We have therefore decided to demonstrate our confidence in our products by extending our 3-year warranty to 5 years. And by making it a Full warranty as opposed to a Limited warranty. In the USA resellers are required by law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) to make the full text of any warranty available to consumers at the point of sale.
