Holds 10L in each bowl; 20L in total. All flavours are non-alcoholic despite some of their names however; they can be made alcoholic by adding 1.5L of alcohol into each bowl. As long as equipment is returned clean and undamaged, we do not charge the credit card. ^Discount applies for larger quantities. Please contact us for a more accurate quote. Prices are all based on 24 Hours hire except Sundays as we are closed. If equipment is required on Sunday, hire period would be Saturday to Monday; discounts apply for extended periods of time – please contact us for a quote. Price are all GST inclusive and may vary without notification. Photos are available on most items upon request.

Terms & Conditions of Hire Terms and Conditions of sort Legal Advice
1.
The Hirer must examine the said equipment and satisfy him/herself that the same is in good condition and his/her taking delivery of the equipment shall be conclusive acknowledgement that he/she had so satisfied him/herself.
2.
It is a condition of any hiring that the hirer must keep and use the said equipment in a careful and responsible manner, must not use the same for hiring purposes and must return the same to the owner (of the hire business) at its office from which the equipment was taken, in the same condition as when received, or pay for any loss or damage (ordinary use and wear excepted) due to the owner in respect of its charges.
3.
The Hirer agrees to pay the owner for the whole of any loss or damage, in any manner whatsoever, during the said period of hire. This loss or damage also extends to boxes and crates and all other packaging that the said goods are packaged in. No substitution of items with others of similar style or description shall be allowed unless authorised by the owner.
4.
The Hirer declares all particulars as to name, address and licence produced are true and correct including persons collecting on Hirer’s behalf.
5.
Any hirer failing to return the goods hired on the agreed date shown on the reverse side of this invoice or within the 24 hour period arranged will be charged at a minimum rate of 20% per day and all goods returned unwashed are charged for.
6.
The Hirer agrees to indemnify the supplier against all costs incurred in the collection of any monies due and payable by the Hirer to the supplier and the hirer agrees to pay to the supplier such costs which may include legal fees, court costs, cost and commissions due to the commercial agent and any other miscellaneous costs incurred in the collection or attempted collection of any money due and payable by the hirer to the supplier and acknowledge Section 48C of the Work Health Act.
7.
Transportation outside of the Darwin area is to be the responsibility of the Hirer. Transportation arranged by a common carrier is to be the responsibility of the Hirer, i.e. items leaving from Darwin Party Hire’s premises until their return back into Darwin Party Hire’s premises.
8.
Equipment delivered and/or collected and taken to an outdoor venue where security is not arranged is the total responsibility of the Hirer – any items missing will be charged at current replacement value.
9.
After hours callouts to repair equipment will be charged to the hirer if the equipment is found to be not at fault.
10.
While the equipment is maintained and checked constantly, occasionally equipment can fail. You agree to exempt us from any liability loss or damage caused by the failure of equipment beyond our control.
