Overview The TowerSTOR TS5CT is a hardware RAID 5 five bay tower enclosure that utilizes the widely available USB 3.0 , Firewire 800 and performance orientated eSATA interfaces. With built-in support for RAID 0, 1, 10, 3, 5 with hot-spare support, the TS5CT provides hardware RAID redundancy protection against hard drive failure. The new RAID mode, CLONE mode/N-Way Mirror is also introduced to support same copy of the data in all of the hard drives installed. Since RAID engine is embedded in the enclosure, all RAID algorithm calculation can be offloaded to the storage unit to provide optimum performance. Designed with easy installation in mind, the TS5CT comes with 5 easy to install hard drives trays for hot-swap support. The TS5CT is the ultimate eSATA RAID 5 storage for all of your storage needs.
