These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers.” NOTE: Allow the engine and transmission to cool down before installing the ATF cooler. 1.
Remove the front bulkhead cover, the resonator, and the intake air guide. FRONT BULKHEAD COVER

Remove the splash shield, and fold down the front bumper skid trim lower flap.

FRONT BUMPER SKID TRIM
Slide the ATF cooler assembly down in front of the radiator as shown. ATF COOLER ASSEMBLY
Fold down the lower flap.

SPLASH SHIELD
Remove.

Using the 6x16 washer bolt and the nut from the kit, install the center mount support bracket as shown. CENTER MOUNT SUPPORT BRACKET

Install the ATF cooler with the three 6x20 washer bolts into the threaded holes in the front bulkhead and the center mount support bracket. CENTER MOUNT SUPPORT BRACKET

Install the ATF pipe assembly bracket to the vehicles frame with the new 6x12 flange bolt.

Remove the ATF filter hose and discard it. Then connect the upper ATF assembly hose to the ATF pipe, and the lower ATF assembly hose to the ATF filter as shown.

Connect to transmission.

Connect to ATF pipe assembly.

Do not reuse.
Reinstall all removed parts. Inspect the ATF fluid and adjust as required. Install the hang-tag around the rear view mirror. Install the appropriate towing capacity label over the existing label.
