WiFi Connectivity Settings In order to be able to download ALK CoPilot® Truck™maps (and subsequent releases of the KellerMobile® application), users must first establish a WiFi connection. We strongly recommend enabling WiFi before attempting to download maps.
WiFi Settings
Choose Menu in the upper right hand corner of the application, then select WiFi Settings.
Enable/Disable WiFi
Once a user selects WiFi Settings, they will have the ability to Enable WiFi, as well as Disable WiFi. This setting is disabled by default. Tap the checkbox to enable.

Selecting Network
After WiFi is enabled, available networks will be displayed. Users can select an available network and if credentials are required, they will be prompted to enter them as shown below.
Entering Credentials
Enter credentials in order to access network if required. If the network requires interaction with a web browser for authentication, the user will presented with a browser window within the KellerMobile application. Important to note: Users will not have the ability to access at web browser directly at this time. This application will also require wifi connectivity in order to download subsequent versions of the application.

ALK CoPilot® Truck™ ALK CoPilot® Truck™ (hereafter known as CoPilot) is now an available option for your company to purchase and add to your Encompass & KellerMobile experience. See Encompass documentation for information on how to purchase and enable CoPilot for your fleet.
Accessing ALK CoPilot® Truck™
Once CoPilot is enabled within Encompass, choose Menu in the upper right hand corner of the application, and then select ALK CoPilot. If CoPilot has not been enabled within Encompass, a pop-up message will be displayed and CoPilot will not be available until it has been enabled.
Initial Configuration & Setup
Upon first use, users will be presented with an option to choose Customized settings or Standard settings (users can access the custom settings at a later time if standard settings is initially selected). The next 11 screens will walk a user through the first time use of CoPilot. *Note: on the left hand side there is a KellerMobile™ button which will return the user to KellerMobile™.

Help Us Improve CoPilot
Initial use requires users to agree to improving the CoPilot experience (or a chance to Read the ALK Privacy Policy) by selecting OK.
End User License Agreement
Users must Accept the terms of the End User License Agreement before continuing on to the map download step.

Get Maps
At this point, users may begin downloading maps (via a wifi network only) by selecting the Get Maps button. WiFi must be enabled and configured prior to attempting to download maps.
Select Maps
Available maps are presented, and users can choose a specific section to download or the entire North America maps.

Download Maps
The chosen map(s) will begin to download. Depending on your network speed, this can take considerable time to download.
Download Complete
Once the map download has completed and users select OK, users may begin using CoPilot and will be directed to the Customized Settings screens.

Height Restriction
The first of the Settings screens related to Height Restriction is displayed. Users must select the attributes specific to their vehicle. It is very important that the configuration of the profile is setup correctly. Select the arrow in the upper right to continue.
Custom Routing
Next will be the types of Preferred Routes. Select the arrow in the upper right to continue.

Hazmat
Next are the Hazmat settings you can choose to customize if hauling hazardous materials. Select the arrow in the upper right to continue.
Toll Roads
Finally, there is the ability to have CoPilot help route users to utilize or avoid Toll roads. Select the arrow in the upper right to continue.

Save Profile
At this point, users are instructed to enter a profile name and Save this profile, and can go back and make additional customized settings choices at any time.
Enter New Destination
This is the screen that will be shown whenever users open the CoPilot application on subsequent occasions (after the initial configuration and setup are complete). Select New Destination.

Go To
Upon selecting New Destination, users are given several options by which to find a destination. Choose Address to enter an exact address (seen in the following screens). The other menu items allow users to navigate to previously saved locations or points of interest, or even by entering GPS Coordinates.
Zip Code
Enter Zip Code.

Street Name
Enter Street name.
Address Number
Enter Address number and select the address from the list below the text box. Once the user selects the address (for example, 123 Main Street will appear under the text box as the user types in the address), the route will be displayed.

My Route
At this point, the user selects GO in the lower right, and will be shown their route. They can Edit trip or Drag route if the user chooses to do so.
GO!
The route is overlayed on the street level map and the turn-by-turn directions will begin.

ALK CoPilot® Truck™ Driving Menu
To make modifications to the route, add in additional stops, etc, users can choose the CoPilot Driving Menu (the button in the lower left with 6 yellow squares). There are several sub-menu's included in CoPilot, so please see the CoPilot reference guide in the learning center within Encompass.
HOS and Navigation side-by-side
When the user begins driving, the left hand side of the screen will display their continually updating HOS information, while the right hand side will allow them to see their route, allowing the user to know where they are going and to determine if they have enough available time to make it to their destination.
