Should the customer select an alternative, more expensive insulation material such as spray foam; their rebate will be calculated based on conventional materials for the same space. New in 2017  Adding refrigeration pilot program  Have an annual electric billing of less than $100,000.  Occupy less than 50,000 square feet. Receive landlord approval if the facility is leased. Door must have a minimum perimeter of 16 feet. Tune up is defined as work performed to regain or maintain optimal and efficient operation. Tune up service provided by internal staff is not eligible for incentives. Rebate is available once per calendar year per piece of equipment. Labor only. Parts, taxes and truck charges are not eligible for rebate. Eligible only for lighting on see-through doors equipped on enclosed reach-in cases. Must reduce lighting load to 20% or less when unoccupied. Existing timers must continue to be used after installation of motion sensor Flow rate must be less than or equal to 1.28 gpm. The pipes must transfer hot water, low-pressure or highpressure steam directly from gas-fired equipment. Minimum qualifying pipe diameter is 1/2”. A minimum of 1” of pipe insulation must be added to existing bare steel or copper pipe.
