A City of Progress, Pride and Possibilities. 2017 RECYCLING NEWSLETTER Congratulations to the residents of the City of St. Francis, you beat your Recycling Goal for 2016! Together we recycled 754 tons of material, beating the goal of 701 tons we had set at the beginning of the year! This was achieved by the residents of St. Francis recycling from their individual residences’ and at the City’s recycling events. The 2017 Recycling Goal is set at 727 tons.
