The combination of high-performance disc brakes at the front and a sealed wet brake at the rear offers formidable braking power – an essential component for hard riding. The sealed wetbrake requires almost no maintenance. Using two independent systems also ensures dependable braking performance is maintained even in wet or muddy conditions.
VERSATILE CARGO BED & GRAND REAR STORAGE With a 600-pound (272 kg) capacity and sizeable dimensions the Teryx’s cargo bed offers substantial carrying capacity. The tailgate can be easily removed without tools to facilitate loading/ unloading cargo. The chassis affords extra space between the seats and cargo bed. The Grand Rear Storage—two large, sealed storage compartments (182 litres)—give the Teryx the greatest storage capacity in the RUV category.

NEW FACTORY-STYLE CHASSIS COMPONENTS For 2017, a slimmer new frame is one of the many components contributing to the new KX250F’s trimmer form. Weighing 1.7 kg less than its predecessor, the new model is quicker both in the straights and through the corners. Suspension settings for the highspec SFF Type 2 front fork and Uni-Trak rear shock were adjusted to deliver greater stability over braking bumps and through corners. The revolutionary Showa Separate Function Fork Type 2 fork (SFF Type 2) design separates spring and damping functions for less weight, reduced friction and better performance.
