Data is constantly at risk from mechanical damage, humidity, smoke and other catastrophes and our highly-qualified Fujifilm First for Service Team can always help with data recovery. Our service allows us to recover up to 95% of data, saving important information that would have cost thousands of pounds to reconstruct. The recovered data is copied to new media, so that it can be accessed again with no further problems.
Fujifilm can check and analyse all your data media thoroughly. Ensuring that your cartridges are working reliably is vital to your data storage strategy and possible errors or damage to data media should be detected before they can cause serious problems.

The status of each cartridge is documented in detail, and the results are thoroughly evaluated. If our health check discovers that your data is at risk, we will offer you suitable solutions to safeguard your information. Fujifilm will take care of the controlled and certified destruction of your data media. The data media is disassembled and definitively destroyed, in accordance with the prevailing legal guidelines.
The newly developed Library Pack is designed to protect cartridges against impact if dropped. The library pack also offers protection against dust and humidity making it ideal for storage and archiving.

Library packs hold 20 cartridges and are designed to fit neatly on top of one another enabling quick and easy unpacking, carrying and stacking. Made of transparent material the required cartridge can be selected or retrieved with minimal difficulty. It is becoming increasingly important to account for back-up tapes. Using the latest advances in laser technology Fujifilm First for Service can inscribe cartridges with sequential numbering or even your company name and logo ensuring that your tape library is fully accounted for.
