T-REX TRUCK PRODUCTS INC. 25386 25386 (16386P) (16386P) 02-03 GMC 02-03 GMC Envoy 4 Door Envoy 4 Door AIR DAM BILLET AIR DAM BILLET Tools Required: Phillip Screw Driver Drill 1/8” Drill Bit Parts List: 1 - Air Dam Insert (9 Bars) 3 - 6-32 x 1 Machine Screws 3 - 6-32 Nylock Nuts & Flat Washers 3 - #6 Flat Washers Read and understand instructions before attempting installation Step 1. Center the billet in the air dam opening. Step2 Mark or scribe where the holes in the insert mounts are on the bumper. Drill a 1/8” hole at each mark. Align the billet with the holes and fasten with the hardware provided. Make sure all the screws are tight. Step3 Installation complete.
