Club Car DS Mega Bumper Installation Instructions Stainless Steel Part# 28350, Black Part# 7091 A B Hardware: 5/16 x 1 Stainless Steel Button Heads w/ Locknuts-2 ea. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Remove the front bumper from the stock cart as shown in Figure 1. 2. Using the supplied 5/16x1 button head bolts & lock nuts (ITEM B) install Jake’s new stainless steel Mega Bumper (ITEM A) to the stock bumper mounting holes as shown in Figure 2.
