INSTALLATIONS Install all new IT equipment and software IT SUPPORT Rectify all IT hardware/software facilities IT GUIDANCE Assistance with IT issues AVA Supply of LCD projectors, screen, video cameras, etc CONFERENCE/EXHIBITIONS IT requirements for in-house/external conferences/exhibitions ELECTRICAL TESTING Electrically test all new IT equipment. The Helpdesk provides frontline technical help and a service for the College community to contact service units. External Service Level Agreement requests are also handled by the Helpdesk. Producing corporate artwork, designs and photography for: Marketing Press Advertising Leaflets/Brochures Posters Signage Exhibitions and Conferences Limited design work will be undertaken for students, time permitting. Although student work can be printed in the print room. The CollegeNews is produced on a monthly basis. All articles for inclusion should be sent or e-mailed to Jude Hibbard by the deadlines published on the Staff Portal. Completed request forms should be delivered in person or via the internal mail system. WEB & PORTAL Our Web Administrator is responsible for the design and maintenance of all the College websites and Portals. Lucy is always happy to assist with queries regarding websites and Portals. Please contact Lucy on Ext 2742 if you wish to book training on managing your portal area. TEXT PRODUCTION Responsible for the efficient production of: Corporate learning materials Programme leaflets Corporate documentation and materials Cross-College materials All Text Production work required by Faculties and Units should be accompanied by a completed request form which upon receipt, will be logged on the Design & Print database. All completed materials will be returned via the internal mail system. All work will be produced within 5 working days.
