The Infinity comes in version 3100 with single-phase output in ratings of 10-15-20 kVA and in the 3300 version with three-phase output in ratings from 10 to 40 kVA. It is the only model in our range that is transformerless and, for this reason, particularly suitable to supply Data Centre and Telecom installations.

The design logic includes two 32 bit microprocessors that enable a very precise control system on all the equipment parameters, including those relevant to the continuous current that could spread the loads due to the no output transformer. This line of product also has the plug and play parallel characteristic; thanks to a sophisticated algorithm developed by our R&D, the current sharing optimises the efficiency, thereby reducing the operating costs. Easy access to the Infinity sub-systems makes the functional tests on site extremely fast and reduces the maintenance time (MTTR).This UPS has the characteristic of being compact in dimensions (only45 cm wide) : a small jewel of technology mounted on castors.

The Thetys 60 –160 kVA utilises double online conversion architecture with inverter transformer, offers galvanic isolation between the continuous and alternate line guaranteeing excellent dynamic response performance. The IGBT rectifier with innovative sinewave input enables the reduction of input harmonics (THDi < 3%) and a power factor of the input ac near to unity(>0.99). This characteristic makes the Thetys highly compatible with the installation upstream of the UPS without having to install additional filters. The Thetys allows reduced costs for the most sophisticated data centres due to its compact dimensions and to its efficient design that enables an efficiency of over 94% to be achieved. It is possible to put the unit on the wall and side by side with other panels without losing performance due to a well designed cooling system. The UPS has a user-friendly interface with synoptic panel and LCD display and includes a wide range of connection options that simplifies the use and control in the installations. The Thetys is available in parallel configuration for redundancy and for power parallel. Installation is easy using parallel-ready technology that is included in the standard unit..

This feature makes handling easy with a consequent reduction of footprint space and installation costs. The high frequency IGBT rectifier has optimised switching which results in a sinewave input independently from the available input waveform. The input power factor, that is close to unity, makes the Hyperion the ideal solution to operate with Gen-sets, allowing a down sizing compared to past systems. The Hyperion has a new cooling system that allows the UPS to be placed against the wall; this feature, plus easy front access to all the internal components, enables fast maintenance. The high efficiency (> 94%) allows energy saving; installing or exchanging a UPS of old generation with a technologically advanced UPS such as the Hyperion allows immediate savings in terms of kW/h cooling ratings or to air conditioning the room where the UPS is installed considering the high power involved.

The TRIMODs are a modular, uninterruptible power supply whose basic module can be individually programmed with the preferred input/output configuration.In this way, it is possible to manage threephase or single-phase input- or output voltages offering the classic options of three/three phase, three/single phase, single/three phase and single/ single phase versions and much more: you can have both single-phase and three-phase output lines at the same time, or two or more single-phase lines, even with different powers. For each of these configurations, you can have complete or partial redundancy, for example a normal (or redundant) three-phase output line can coexist with a redundant (or normal) single-phase output line. Each module is fitted with a micro controller capable of supervising the electronic circuit board’s main functions, monitoring correct operation, dialoguing with the main control board and signalling any malfunction. The modular philosophy has also been applied to the batteries, supplied in individual slide out drawers. This makes for extremely easy maintenance/replacement, with no need to switch the UPS off (hotswappable drawers) as well as making it extremely easy to select and/or expand UPS autonomy. The modular configuration drastically simplifies the question of technical service, which becomes limited to replacing the power and / or battery drawers and only takes a few minutes time. Not only this: as the work is being done, there is no effect on the customer thanks to the maintenance by-pass fitted as standard on every TRIMOD product.

System NBDD: DDUPS with Flywheel for a frequency accuracy < 5 % System NBDK: DDUPS with Kinetic Energy Storage Module for frequency accuracy < 1 % These systems provide extremely high availability and reliability in case of mains failure and high efficiency during stand-by operation because of carefully design and individual components selection. Therefore operation of the UPS systems does not require specialised personnel Simplified description of function: The Kinetic Energy Storage Module (KIN) consists of two rotating parts the inner rotor and the outer rotor. The outer rotor equipped with a squirrel cage, rotates at approximately 2600 rpm and runs freely on the shaft of the inner rotor.The inner rotor equipped with a DC winding rotates at synchronous speed (1500rpm) coupled via flexible coupling to the Hitzinger high performance synchronous alternator. In case of mains failure the magnetic field of the inner rotor brakes the outer rotor and keeps the speed of the synchronous alternator constantly via electronic control unit.

DDUPS COUPLING CHOKE
Within a Diesel UPS System the coupling choke connects the input grid supply with the UPS high quality output supply. It allows large voltage differences between both AC systems by means of reactive currents for any direction, independent of the active power flow. The special design of the choke provides a high degree of de-coupling in both directions between the input and the output. The output voltage and input current are completely independent of each other. It is possible with the coupling choke to prevent all the harmonics and transient events between input and output. Harmonics in the output current are not transmitted to the input side. The input current consists only of the sinusoidal fundamental waveform required for power transfer. The output voltage independence is achieved through the calculated combination of the coupling choke high impedance characteristics to harmonic currents and the special design synchronous machine windings and selective damper cage representing a short circuit to these harmonics preventing reflection to the mains supply.

In the event of input short circuit the current flow towards the grid network is limited by the choke to < 200% I nominal until the input is disconnected. During this transient situation the coupling choke maintains the UPS bus voltage and the critical load. During this transient the current feed back to the mains is wholly reactive, ensuring all the kinetic stored energy can be fully utilised for the critical load.

Power Electronic voltage regulators are the devices containing advance technology manufactured to be used mainly in industry and military especially in main machines, elevators which are sensitive and requiring speed adjustment and in installations and organizations in aerial lines and those that have demurrage problems Protect yourself from voltage fluctuations with low and high voltage.
Output Voltage:
POWER Servo-Control system voltage regulator has consisted of triodial transformer, auxiliary transformer and the servomotor controlling the variant transformer and the electronic circuits controlling this motor according to the output voltage. Together with the control system containing quick response time corrects the small voltage changes in the input of high starting torque DC motor string. When the servo-motor input voltage is out of the operating limits, it is disabled by the control circuit when the output voltage is set automatically to the desired value by the limit-switch. The energy of the motor is stopped with the help of the electronic braking circuit when the regulation is complete and it works silently.

Wide Model Option There are more than 200 standard models, monophase form 1kVA up to 40 kVA. Triphase from 1kVA to 5.000 kVA. Wide voltage option The monophase in standard models is 150-250 volts input and 220 volts output. Triphase is 275-450 volts and the output is 380 volts. Manufacturing with the desired voltages can be performed upon the order. Regulation speed The regulation speed (average) for the standard models 80 volts/seconds and for the great powers 40-60 volts/seconds. Output regulation Within the capacity of the regulator in the loadings from 0 to maximum and in voltage changes during loadings it will not fluctuate, the network frequency will not be disrupted, the output will be fully sinusoidal, and the sensitivity can be adjusted between 1-5%. The power factor is not significant as long as it is within the kVA limits of the regulator. Mechanical construction All models can be used as they are manufactured heavy industry type. The burning and the wearing our processes have been prevented by the cooling, coiled brush system. The brushes do not cause spark/arc during the regulation. High efficiency Its average efficiency is more than 97%. The idle loss is minimum as the Power Electronic Regulators are manufactured with high quality silicon sheet and electrolyte copper. Operating temperature Extra air cooling is performed in closed areas for the regions over -10 OC to +40 OC or the regulators should be kept under their capacity. Care should be taken not to use the regulators in extreme humid and acidified environments. Over voltage protection unit (optional) In case the voltage is over the voltage capacity of the regulator In case the network voltage is cut and comes back with a higher voltage when the regulator is enabled in low voltages, In case of a failure of the regulator due to its existence in a dirty environment and being lack of maintenance or providing irregular voltage. The regulator cuts the output voltage for 8 seconds, it provide output when the regulation is complete. It will not provide output in case of a failure. Phase protection unit In case one of the 3 phases is cut in triphase regulators, the output will be cut completely. It will be automatically enabled when the phase comes, the output will be provided.

PowerDigital is a static voltage regulator which does not contain moving parts in the body of static voltage regulators. The voltage regulation is completely carried out with the digital technology under the control of the microcontroller in milliseconds. It has no parts to be worn out, to get old or to require maintenance. Whereas in the classical servo motor voltage regulators the mechanical friction parts such as the motor collectors, variant transformer brushes, brush bearings show quick wearing out. Very high regulating speed
Power digital, static voltage regulators put the output voltage in a period (20 milliseconds) to the range of 220V +2% by detecting the change in the voltage in the initial period of the network. In the classical servo motor regulators; the regulation of the changing network voltage is provided with the setting of the variant transformer output voltage by the brushes driven by a motor. This means slow response in wearing out and quick network voltage changes. As the output voltage regulating speed is in seconds, it is considered as quite slow for the contemporary electronic devices it feeds.
Compact switched protection;
Regulator has the feature of on/off over the panel. In cases like over load, over voltage, low voltage and output short circuit the device is taken under electronic protection and the output is cut. In addition, extra security is provided by opening the compact switch as the mechanical bracket.

Due to the LCD display containing different language options the input and the output values (voltage, current, frequency) can be read and calibrated. Powerdigital, static voltage regulators can respond to the loads very quickly that require high start up current due to the semi conductor elements (thyristor) resistant to sudden and high currents. These semi conductor elements can resist the 10 times the nominal current for 20 milliseconds. Whereas the servo motor voltage regulators even in the start up demurrage of an asynchronous motor due to the contact resistance in the contact point of the brushes, very high temperature will occur, it will cause destruction on the surface of the brush and the transformer.

Protection Functions;
