Designed in floor standing form, the Infinity EVO 3/3 series provides continuous sine-wave power with its peak power factor of 0.9, double conversion technology, and high frequency design. Infinity EVO 3/3 series is transformerless and, for this reason, it is particularly recommended to supply small Data Centre and Telecom installations. The technology included in this apparently simple unit enables a highly precise control system on all input and output parameters, including those relevant to the direct current that could spread to the three phase loads due to the lack of the output transformer. Astrid UPS is designed to provide excellent output voltage, suited to very demanding applications with either 100% step load, unbalance, non-linear or modern IT loads with a leading power factor up to 0.9. Commerce Utilities Finance • Low THDi of 4% with Pure sine-wave output Astrid InfinityEvo 3300 UPS uses a modern input IGBT rectifier to keep the input current Total Harmonic Distortion(THD) at a very low level(4%) and the input power factor to 0.99 even when very small loads are applied. • Adjustable rectifier walk-in time 5-30s and hold-off time 1-300s for full GenSet compatibility Astrid UPS allows the users to adjust the walk-in time for a slower gradual increase of output voltage, aimed to limit Inrush current especially for GenSet which had a very high Inrush current. • High Efficiency reduces cost of ownership Astrid UPS operates at high efficiency of up to 94%, which reduces utility costs. Moreover high system efficiency reduces facility airconditioning costs, increasing overall reliability. Because of the technology and topology used, no additional losses are generated to get low input harmonics or input/output galvanic isolation. Parallel control is distributed (not centralised control, but on each UPS microcontroller and communication among units uses CANBUS connection loop, providing a highly reliable system without “single points of failure”. Extremely simple parallel control and interconnections makeeasy installations and on feld upgrading, adding new units to the system according to the customer’s needs.
