3270 SERIES IMPINGER PRODUCTION CONVEYORISED OVEN The Lincoln Impinger 3270 Production Series is a self-contained conveyorised Impinger gas oven that is stackable up to three high and designed for large cooking outputs. Stackable 3 high, the Impinger has a 32” (813mm) wide x 70” (1788mm) deep baking chamber and a front loading access door with cool handle. The digital control panel makes it simple to adjust speed and temperature and shows actual oven temperature. Air distribution fingers are removable through the front panel for cleaning. Comes with conveyor and includes crumb trays below the belt outside the baking chamber. Standard with FastBake™ technology which can reduce bake time by as much as 30% without increased noise levels or loss of product quality. Standard with Quest energy management system for reduced energy output.
