8 Stopwatch Mode 1. To select Stopwatch mode, press the MODE/UP button. STW appears on the display. 2. To start the stopwatch, press the DOWN button; to stop the stopwatch, press the DOWN button again. 3. To clear the stopwatch, press the SET button. 4. For Split Time, press the SET button while the stopwatch is running. To resume stopwatch time, press the SET button again.
FM RADIO 1. To turn the radio ON, insert earphone plug into the jack located on the back of the unit. 2. To reset the tuner to the beginning stations of the FM frequency, press the RESET button. 3. To advance to the next frequency, press the SCAN button. The unit will automatically seek the next strongest signal it can receive.

Battery Replacement
Clip the pedometer snugly on the front of your waistband at the hip. For the most accurate results, ensure the unit is aligned with the “crease line” of your pants or shorts. These conditions may affect the accuracy of the pedometer: • The pedometer is not exactly perpendicular to the ground. It must be aligned to within 60 degrees of the ground. • Dragging your feet, walking with sandals (or similar shoes), uneven footsteps. • Sports activities. • Walking up or down stairs. • Vibration from a car, bus, train, bicycle, etc. • Sitting or standing still.

1. Unscrew the battery cover located at the back of the unit. 2. Remove the battery cover. 3. Slide off the battery compartment cover and remove old batteries. 4. This unit is powered by 2 different batteries. Insert one new 1.5V LR1130 button-cell battery to power the pedometer features and one new CR2032 battery to power the radio, observing proper +/– polarities as indicated inside the battery compartment. 5. Replace battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.

3. To set the time, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds. The hour digits will flash. 4. To increase the hour, press the MODE/UP button; to decrease the hour, press the DOWN button. 5. To confirm the hour and move to minutes, press the SET button. The minute digits will flash. 6. To increase the minutes, press the MODE/UP button; to decrease the minutes, press the DOWN button. 7. To confirm the minutes, press the SET button. Alarm Mode 1. To select Alarm Mode, press the MODE/UP button. ALM appears on the display. 2. To set the Alarm time, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds. The hour digits will flash. 3. To increase the hour, press the MODE/UP button; to decrease the hour, press the DOWN button. 4. To confirm the hour and move to minutes, press the SET button. The minute digits will flash. 5. To increase the minutes, press the MODE/UP button; to decrease the minutes, press the DOWN button. 6. To set the Alarm Time, press SET twice. All digits will flash and stop automatically. 7. To confirm the alarm setting, press the SET button. 8. To turn the alarm on, press the MODE/UP button; the Alarm icon appears on the display.

Metric/Imperial Measurement System Conversion Your pedometer is preset using the Metric Measurement System (centimeters, kilometers, kilograms). To convert to use your pedometer in the Imperial System, press the Mode/Up button until you are in Distance Mode (KM will appear on the display. Press the Down button and the screen will change to Mile. Press Down again to toggle back to the Metric System. Stride Setting (Stride Range: Step Distance 30 cm/12” ~ 180 cm/70” . Default 60 cm/30”) In order to measure your exercise distance accurately, you must enter your stride length into the pedometer's “memory” so it knows how much distance you cover with each step you take. (Stride length is the length of each one of your steps, measured either from heel to heel or toe to toe). It's easy to find out your stride length! To find your personal stride length to enter into the pedometer, follow the steps below. 10

1. Walk 10 steps 2. Measure the distance that you’ve walked either from heel to heel or toe to toe 3. Divide by the distance covered to arrive at your Stride Length 4. Example: measured distance is 360 inches, number of steps taken is 10. 360 inches divided by 10 equals 36 inches Important: Please remember that the length of your stride while walking is different than the length of your stride while running. If you plan to use this pedometer for both types of exercise, you will have to reprogram your stride length when you go from one to the other. • Press and hold SET for 2 seconds to enter the Stride Adjust Mode. • You can press MODE/UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the stride distance (1 inch resolution). The range is 12” to 70” with the default at 30”. • Press SET to confirm. Step Counting Mode 1. To select Step Counting mode, press the MODE/UP button. STEP and the number of steps walked appear on the display. 2. To enter step counter mode, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds. 3. To count steps in miles or kilometers, press the MODE/UP or DOWN button. The desired KM or MILE icon appears on the display.

The KM or MILE icon appears on the display. 2. To toggle between KM and MILE, press the DOWN button. 3. To enter Stride mode, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds. 4. To increase stride (1-inch/1-cm increments), press the MODE/UP button; to decrease stride, press the DOWN button. 5. To confirm the setting, press the SET button. Calorie Mode (Weight range: 10kgs/22 lbs. ~ 150kgs./330 lbs. Defaults 60 kgs./132lbs.) 1. To select Calorie Mode, press the MODE/UP button. The KCAL icon appears on the display. 2. To enter Calorie mode, press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds. 3. To increase the weight setting (1 Lb./1 kg increments), press the MODE/UP button; to decrease the weight setting, press the DOWN button. 4. To confirm the weight setting, press the SET button.
