NEO SERIES™ 4000 Imagine an enterprise-class storage library with zero tolerance for downtime. That’s Overland’s Neo Series. The Neo Series packs up to 16 drives and 240 slots into a single 19-inch rack to handle your rapidly growing storage needs. To make sure your data is continuously available, the Neo 4200, 4300 and 4400 provide redundant robotics, tape drives, power supplies, controller cards and interfaces so that no single failure can disable the entire library. You don’t have to take the system offline to reconfigure it, either. Neo’s patented Mailslot design lets you easily add and remove cartridges without disrupting the system. You can even remove and replace tape drives without interrupting SCSI bus operations thanks to Neo’s LiveSwapTM technology. With Neo, you don’t have to buy the big box now, so you can fill it up later. Neo’s expansion-on-demand lets you start out with the capacity that meets your needs, then expand your library in increments. As a result, you protect your investment instead of losing it. With Neo’s advanced virtualization capabilities, your additional modules will operate as a single library.
NEO SERIES™ 2000 Advanced as Neo is, it remains incredibly easy to use. All operator controls are accessible through a touch-screen, graphical user interface. In addition, you can access the system via a LAN or through any browser to check the system, move tapes, load and unload drives, upload firmware upgrades, make configuration changes, perform diagnostics and invoke fail-over. Your library can expand up to eight modules to deliver enterprise-class capacity and performance. LIBRARYPRO™ A high-performance, scalable AIT (Advanced Intelligent Tape) tape library consisting of one to nine modules, LibraryPro provides reliable backup capacity for rapidly growing workgroups. LibraryPro features AIT drive technology, a powerful storage solution that combines robust drive performance with the inherent advantages of AIT tape technology. You get a small footprint, high storage density, rapid time-to-data, and selfcleaning read/write heads. POWERLOADER™ Available with single or dual drives and a 15-cartridge magazine (17 on LTO), PowerLoader provides many of the features normally found in large libraries, all at an autoloader price. PowerLoader is available with your choice of one or two tape drives. LoaderXpress includes many features ideally suited to applications requiring automated backup. It offers a password secured, front-removable cartridge magazine that makes media swapping a breeze, an easy-to-use user display that is easy to learn and an optional barcode reader.
