A high quality timeflow basin mixer tap featuring a self cleaning one piece cartridge which has a 15 sec timed flow rate according to BSEN 816. The mixer tap, blends hot and cold water to a present temperature

Installation

Note: Ensure all pipework is throughly flushed through before connection
Remove the indice from the control knob
Basin Sealing Ring
Basin
Connect the flexible tail connections, making sure the o-rings are fitted.
Use a 4mm allen key to remove the retaining screw on the control know
Rubber Gasket
Fit the rubber gasket and pipe clamp, screw on retaining nut.
Pipe Clamp
Note: The Control knob is under spring tension
Fit tap to basin, ensure the sealing ring is central to the body fo the tap.
Flexible Tail Connector
Pull away the control knob, display ring and spring
Plastic washer
Completely unscrew the nut and temporarily re-fit the control knob with the retaining screw.

Connect the flexible tails to the 1/2" isolating adaptor.
1/2” Adaptor Strainer Seal Flat-face adaptor
Remove the complete cartridge for the tap body

Fit the strainer seals supplied to the check valve assembly Fit 15mm compression isolating valves using the flat face adaptors supplied.

On the temperature limiter use a suitable tool to cut the temperature limiter this should be cut to the same temperature that your hot water supply is set to.
Commisioning Remove the indice from the control knob Use a 4mm allen key to remove the retaining screw on the control know Note: The Control knob is under spring tension Pull away the control knob
Install the regulating section of the temperature limiter in the groove of the display ring
Refix the control knob Open isolators Turn on the water supply Operate the tap and check the water supply doesn not exceed 40°C at its max setting.
