Press green handset symbol and dial extension number.
TO MAKE AN EXTERNAL CALL
Press green handset symbol dial 9, followed by telephone number.
TO RECEIVE A CALL
Press green handset symbol.
TO TRANSFER A CALL
Dial extension number, announce caller and press red handset symbol to transfer
call. TO RETRIEVE A CALL extension
Press red handset symbol to release (if extension is busy or there is no replyou have dialed, first call will recall back.
HOLD
Press 2.
TO RETRIEVE A HELD CALL back.
Press red handset symbol call will recall
PARK
Dial 12.
TO RETRIEVE A PARKED CALL
Dial 12 and extension number where call was parked.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL
Press and hold down number 3 until it beeps.
CALL BACK
Dial extension number and #. (if extension is busy)
TO FORWARD CALLS IMMEDIATELY
Press green handset symbol, dial 61 and extension number.
TO CANCEL DIVERSION AND DND
Press green handset symbol, dial 60.

Press green handset symbol dial 7000 7999.
TO PROGRAMME PERSONAL beeps, SPEED DIALS
Press and hold down number 1 until it
TO DIAL PERSONAL SPEED DIALS
Press and hold down number 1 until it beeps, use up and down arrow keys to scroll through directory and press green handset symbol.
TO ACTIVATE DTMF TONES SELECTING MELODY AND VOLUME

select code 0 – 9 using arrow keys, press OK until it beeps. Enter name using numeric keypad, press OK, enter 9, followed by telephone number, press OK. Press red handset symbol to store.
Press and hold *MF until it beeps, or dial 69. Press and hold # key until it beeps select MELODY using arrow keys, press and hold OK. Select a melody using the down arrow key 1 – 5, and use volume key to adjust ringing level 1 – 3. Press and hold OK until it beeps, press red handset symbol to store.
