48V Phantom Power Supply Model #35-1825
Tightly regulated power supply is highly filtered to provide clean, consistent 48V phantom power to condenser microphones. Steel housing utilizes rugged metal frame locking XLR connectors, and is designed for rough stage use. Non–skid rubber feet reliably hold the unit in place. Directions for Use
Be sure that the Phantom Power Supply is not connected to a power source prior to connecting to equipment. The input device, such as amplifier, mixing console or recording equipment, should also be powered off. In cases where this is impractical, the input level (gain) control should be set to minimum prior to connecting the Phantom Power Supply
phone jack) microphone inputs. When connecting to such equipment, use a high quality audio adaptor cable, with a 3-conductor female XLR type connector, and male 2-conductor 1/4” phone plug, such as MCM #24-2360 (not included). Connect this cable to the male XLR connector on the Power Supply marked (OUT), and to the appropriate input on the recording equipment, mixer or amplifier.
Connecting to Balanced Inputs
Connecting the Microphone
Connecting to Unbalanced Inputs
Connect the Phantom Power Supply to an appropriate 110~120VAC, 60Hz power source Turn power on to the connected mixer, recorder or amplifier, and adjust input gain on that equipment to the desired level
The Phantom Power Supply is designed to accommodate balanced microphones and inputs (3-Pin XLR) on mixing equipment. When connecting to such equipment, use a high quality balanced, 3-conductor XLR type cable, such as MCM #24-2300 (not included). Connect this cable to the male XLR connector on the Power Supply marked (OUT), and to the appropriate input on the recording equipment, mixer or amplifier.
The Phantom Power Supply is also suitable for use with equipment that utilizes unbalanced (2-conductor 1/4”
