It is not the intent of these specifications to cover all details of design or construction. The unit shall be fully equipped to perform the work intended and shall be a new, current production model. SUSPENSION - Suspension must be provided on each axle of the vehicle Front suspension to have independent systems for the left and right side (front shall be fully independent suspension) and use double A-arms with coil over shock absorbers Rear suspension to have dual coil over shocks and swing arm with solid rear axle that are capable of supporting the advertised box load.
