Make a Call Transfer a Call v Lift the handset OR p Press . r Dial the number OR t Press a Speed Call key OR q Press OR r Dial the prefix for external calls (e.g. 0) and q Press the number. Answer a Call v Lift the handset OR p Press , and begin speaking. End a Call q Press OR v Replace the handset. n Display o Ring/Message Indicator p Volume, Speaker/Mute Controls q Fixed-Function Keys r Key Pad s Page Navigation Keys t Personal Keys u Speaker v Handset Place a Call on Hold SPEAKER MUTE q Press . The line key flashes. v Replace the handset if necessary. SUPERKEY CANCEL REDIAL HOLD TRANSFER / CONFERENCE . Dial the number. Wait for an answer. Hang up OR announce the transfer and then hang up. Conference a Call q Press . r Dial the number. Wait for an answer. q Press . Program a Speed Call q Press Settings OR . Press Programmable Keys. Press the key you wish to program. Press Speed Call. Press Edit Label and enter the label for the Speed Call. Press Save. Press Edit Number and enter the phone number for the Speed Call. Press Save, and then press Save again. Press Close and then press Close again. Retrieve a Call from Hold v Lift the handset OR p Press . t Press the flashing line key. Adjust Volume Levels Adjust ringer volume while the phone is ringing. Adjust handset or speaker volume while using the handset or speaker. p Press MESSAGE Retrieve a Message q Press . It flashes when a message is waiting.
