FEATURES
DESCRIPTION
• DESIGNED FOR AC/DC SWITCHING APPLICATIONS
PS7112-1A and PS7112L-1A are solid state relays containing a GaAs LED on the light emitting side (input side) and MOSFETs on the output side.
