6.2 Meter Tri-band Transportable Earth Terminals SATCOM Surface Terminals 6.2 meter antenna diameter - multi-use, tri-band satellite earth terminals providing a single SATCOM link for tactical field operations. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The L-3 Communications, Communication Systems-West, 6.2 meter tri-band transportable earth terminal is available in two models: a tri-band field terminalconsolidated (TFT-C) and a tri-band SATCOM Subsystem (TSS). Each model can be packed and transported on a single, towable trailer; setup in the field; and operated locally or remotely with user- friendly Control, Monitor and Alarm (CMA) software loaded on a laptop PC. Both models incorporate L-3 Communications' patented single-point tri-band feed which allows quick configuration between C-, X-, and Ku-bands. The primary differences between the two models are trailer length, towing speed and setup time. KEY FEATURES l l 640 North 2200 West P.O.
