DF800 / DF900 SIMPLE TO USE, FLEXIBLE, AND ACCURATE 1. High Capacity Feeder The high capacity feeder handles up to 325 sheets on the DF800 and up to 500 sheets on the DF900. These units load on the fly so there’s no need to stop the machine or adjust the speed to load documents. This feature allows the machine to run continuously for greater productivity.
5. Standard Stacker or Conveyor Stacker Both units have generous capacity stackers to receive the finished documents. The DF800 document stacker holds up to 135 documents, while the DF900 comes with a 500 capacity stacker which can be increased to hold up to 1,000 documents with the optional high capacity extension.
Manually folding paper can get very time consuming and tedious. Whether you need to send letters, invoices, statements or direct mail pieces, Secap’s document folders can get the job done substantially faster, making sure all your mailings get out fast--and on time.
2. Manual Feed This feature provides convenient folding of a small number of items. The manual feed mode facilitates daily mail and short run jobs. It accepts up to 5 sheets of pre-collated documents, stapled or unstapled.
6. Folds The DF800 and DF900 models offer the flexibility of different types of folds to meet your needs. The DF800 offers Single fold, Double fold, C fold, Z fold, and Offset C fold. The DF900 additionally offers the Gate fold and Offset Z fold. The DF900 has an optional Cross fold feature too, which is ideal for booklet applications.

3. Automatic Fold Plates Automatic fold plates need no manual adjustment. The DF800 and DF900 can handle a wide range of paper weights and sizes.

4. Easy to Use Control Panel The LCD control panel guides operators to create or edit a job with easy to follow wizards. Store and recall up to 20 pre-defined jobs with the touch of a button. Eliminate errors and wasted materials by running a trial piece so you can check exactly how your document will look once folded. Choose from 5 speed settings on the DF800 and 7 speed settings on the DF900. Increase or decrease speed while the system is running.
