WRT-410 802.11g Wireless Broadband Router WRT-410 features the latest innovation wireless technology, IEEE 802.11g, making the high speed wireless networking world happened. IEEE 802.11g uses 2.4GHz frequency band, the same as IEEE 802.11b; but it provides more throughput rate than 802.11b. The maximum throughput rate of 802.11g can up to 54Mbps. WRT-410 is also backward compatible and interoperable with IEEE 802.11b compliant wireless devices. Except for 64/128bit WEP encryption, WRT-410 also integrates 802.1X authentication. Cooperating with a RADIUS server can make your wireless LAN more secure than ever. WRT-410 has a built-in AP on the LAN side. Other wireless clients can share the same broadband Internet connection and access other Ethernet devices on the LAN through the router's built-in 4-port switch. Virtual server, DMZ and natural firewall functions provide additional security and flexibility for both wireless and wired LAN users. Key Feature 2.4GHz ISM band, unlicensed operation Strong network security with 802.1X authentication, and 64/128-bit WEP encryption. Dual-standard capability: 802.11g and 802.11b compliant High speed data transfer rate up to 54Mbps Supports DHCP server Web Configuration provide a user friendly interface for the user to configure through web browser Support MAC Filter Build-in 4 -port switch Provides Setup Wizard for the user to configure easily in the first time Specification Product Model Hardware Port LED Indicators Antenna Power Requirement Temperature 802.11g Wireless Broadband Router WRT-410 Five 10/100Base-TX (WAN * 1, LAN * 4) Power, Status, WLAN, WAN, 4 x LAN One Dipole Antenna 5V DC, 2.5A Operating :0 ~ 55 degree C Storage: -20 ~ 70 degree C Operating: 0 ~ 95% Storage: 0 ~ 95% Non-Condensing Humidity Wireless LAN Standard Signal Type Modulation Output Power Sensitivity 802.11b 802.11g Security Frequency Channel Internet Connectivity Internet Connection Protocol Advanced Function Access Control IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) QPSK / BPSK / CCK / OFDM 16 dBm 11 Mbps (CCK): -82 dBm 5.5 Mbps (QPSK): - 86 dBm 1, 2 Mbps (BPSK): - 90 dBm (typically @PER < 8% packet size 1024 and @25ºC + 5ºC) 54 Mbps: -72 dBm 48 Mbps: - 72 dBm 36 Mbps: -76 dBm 24 Mbps: -79 dBm 18 Mbps: -82 dBm 12 Mbps: -86 dBm 9 Mbps: -89 dBm 6 Mbps: -90 dBm (typically @PER < 8% packet size 1024 and @25ºC + 5ºC) 64/128-bit WEP encryption Password Protect 802.1X security (MD5 and TLS) MAC Filtering SSID Broadcast Disable function 2.4GHz - 2.484GHz 11 Channels (FCC / US, Canada) 13 Channels (ETSI / Europe) 14 Channels (TELEC / Japan) Fixed IP, DHCP, PPPoE, PPTP TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, HTTP, DNS Virtual Server, Special AP, DMZ MAC Filter, Protocol Filter, IP Filter Product Positioning SOHO Users To get the benefit of wireless networking to all home or office users, the WRT-410 is an ideal solution with higher WLAN throughput. Locate the WRT-410 at a central point in the office or home and connect it to an ADSL/cable modem. A wireless client can easily connect to the Internet by installing a WL-3560 802.11g wireless PCMCIA adapter.
