KLX250S Expedition Rack Installation Instructions PN# 1510-0179 The rear turn indicators do NOT need to be relocated in this application. Remove the rear fender bag and seat mount bolts on each side. Slide the rack from the rear over the mounting area. Install longer bolts, washers and ½ “ aluminum spacers provided in the front mount holes. Use the original shoulder washers under provided spacers. Do not tighten at this time. Install 3/8” x 5/8” dia steel spacer at the rear fender mount holes, between the rack mount and the fender and install the longer bolts/washers/ and nylock nuts provided. Remove the rear foot pegs. They are not reinstalled with the Expedition system. Install the lower front supports on each side with the hardware provided. Do not tighten at this time. Install rear cross support with the hardware provided. Tighten all hardware at this time. Re tighten all hardware after 100 miles. Use your own judgment when loading your motorcycle.
