9523.68 Tray with Quick Release Handles for 6800-series DSLR Housings Instruction Manual Quick Release Handle 12-24 Shoulder Washer (Qty. 4 - includes two spares) 12-24 x 1/2”Screw (Qty. 4 - includes two spares) Front of Tray Nylon Washer Lock Washer Cap Screw 3/16” Hex Head Wrench Thank you for choosing Ikelite equipment. Please read this instruction manual completely before attempting to operate or dive with this product. Attaching Handle to the Tray Insert handle into the tray as shown. The Quick Release Button should extend toward the back of the tray, diagram B, page 3. Attach and tighten handle to tray using a 3/16” Hex Head Wrench. Note: When using the Nikon D300s housing, the tray must be rotated 180° so that the back of the tray is now facing the front of the housing. This allows housing controls to be pulled out for proper camera installation. Handles should always be installed so the Quick Release Buttons extend toward the back of the housing. This will allow easy attachment/dettachment of strobe arms. Quick Release Button Quick Release Handle Handle Guide Pin Small Hole 2 Cap Screw Hole Front of Tray Nylon Washer Lock Washer 3/16” Hex Head Wrench rotate clockwise to tighten Cap Screw Attach Tray to Housing Attach tray to housing using the 12-24 x 1/2” Screws and Shoulder Washers, diagram A. Tray may be attached using the front or rear Tray Attachment Points which best suit access to your housing controls, diagram B. When the tray is properly attached, the Quick Release Buttons will extend toward the rear of the housing. 12-24 x 1/2”Screw Diagram A Shoulder Washer Housing Mount IKELITE Diagram B Quick Release Button Tray Attachment Points Back of Tray Tray Bottom 1/4-20 Threaded Mounting Point Tray Attachment Points 3 Accessory Mounting Points The bottom of the tray features five 1/4-20 threaded mounting points for attachment of either a tripod or Pro-Video battery pack, diagram B, page 3. When mounting a Pro-video battery pack, use the two 1/4-20 threaded mounting points closest to the back of the housing. Defective products should be returned to Ikelite postage paid. Ikelite will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace such products, and will return to customer postage paid.
