The cart maintains consistent food temperatures (hot and cold) indefinitely. Specifications CABINET EXTERIOR: Stainless steel construction with separate hot and cold panel thermometers. Tray pitch or clearance is 3 ¾ inches. Plug in and un-plug; no controls. BASE: Cart is formed, welded and riveted stainless steel. Six 6” casters – four swivel and two stationary wheels. DOORS: Two stainless steel doors swing 270 degrees, held open via magnets. INTERIOR: Cart divided into hot and cold side by 20 thermal dividers with silicone gaskets. REFRIGERATION SYSTEM: Modular refrigeration unit uses R134A refrigerant ELECTRICAL: Requires dedicated 120 Vac single phase, 20 Amp service. Plug configuration: NEMA 5-20P. HEATING: Convection heating via blower and heat element, contained inside a removable heater box. TEMPERATURE STATEMENT: Tests were conducted on DualTemp 120 to compare its temperature hold capabilities with static heating systems (pellet and induction) commonly used for meal service. Chart compares temperatures at various intervals up to one hour. Capacity Unit holds maximum of 20 or 10 13-1/2” x 23” trays, depending on Model.
