Entree Cover and Cradle Rack model BR229004 Model Numbers BR229004 Description The A la Cart Entree Cover and Cradle Rack is to be used to store entree covers and china entree and soup dish cradles. Specifications RACK: upright frame assembly; formed 16 gallon, 304/stainless steel; top and bottom basket panels welded to channel frame; assembled bolted base. BASKETS: (4) stainless steel wire; 24” wide x 20” deep x 9.25” high; bolted to upright frame. BASE: One piece 190 aluminum. CASTERS: 5” diameter, swivel, neoprene tires, 1-1/4 wide, load capacity 200 lbs each; temperature range -20/+160˚F; bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated; two casters equipped with brakes. Cleaning Use mild soaps or detergents with warm water to clean the cart. Rinse thoroughly with clean warm water. Note: Use steam or hot water pressure cleaning under the base area only.
