TIME SCHEDULE
Timeschedule will be sent by our production department. Please read and confirm. Due to legal aspects concerning the A38 staff working hours the agreed timeschedule is not to be exceeded. If set-up and soundcheck of the main act requires more time than 60 minutes, the hall expenses will go up 40 EUR per hour. Changes in get-in times and number of local crew cannot be accepted after one week prior to show because of finalizing planning schedules in due time. Please also consider that the crew cannot enter the stage area until our technicians arrive. Please also consider that all the load-in and load-out movements are going through our main bridge.

If Artist will use the light controller of A38, but also brings additional lamps, the representative of the Artist must send the exact list of the lamps with the patch list as well in advance two weeks prior to show date. BACK DROP
Black curtain along the whole width of the stage. If Artist brings their own backdrop, a fire safety certificate must be sent in advance a week prior to show to the production department, otherwise, the backdrop cannot be used.
