GWS-LCR Least Cost Routing international calls We specialize in the routing of international calls, developed through our German Engineer on a Least Cost Routing principal. To this end we work with national/international providers and use our own Gateways in South Africa and Europe. Calls are routed over the internet, which makes internet connection a prerequisite. Free Trial Period We recommend a trial period of 4 weeks, whereby we make a Gigaset handset available to the client on a proof of concept basis. The Trial Period is for free. No costs for rental and installation. We only charge for the call costs (itemized billing). Once the client approves the system there are different possibilities: • 3CX Phone System or GWS Cloud PABX. • If the client is only making international calls from 1 or 2 extensions, we will install Gigaset handsets, connected to our system. • GWS Switchboard. One VoIP line is linked to our GWS-LCR System. • Should the client have a VoIP System, a trunk is configured to our Gateway. International calls are then routed over our Gateways. GWS-Support Our Support Help Desk is available from Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 for 1st line-, remoteand on-site support. In case of emergency we are also reachable out of office hours. 1st lineand remote support will be charged per service request, every quarter of an hour. On-site support will be charged hourly plus travel costs. After office hours we will charge premium rates.
GWS-SLA - Service Level Agreement Our Support Help Desk is available from Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 for 1st line-, remoteand on-site support. Requirements and Info Internet connection: All our phone systems and services are based on VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) , which makes internet connection a prerequisite. The demand on bandwidth depends on your simultaneous calls. SIP account: SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a signalling protocol that allows you to make voice calls over the internet. Network: GWS also recommends a dedicated network for VoIP. Data and voice has to be separated on the LAN. Either a dedicated physical network or logically separated through VLAN configuration. Fail over: VoIP works on the internet. In case of temporary non-availability of internet our products are provided with fail over capability to at least one fixed line or one ISDN line. GWS Cloud PABX is a hosted 3CX IP-PABX solution. That means, your extensions are remotely connected to our system. You choose and rent the amount of VoIP lines dependent on simultaneous call requirement. The number of handsets is unlimited and can be situated at different locations. A fantastic possibility to connect your national and international branches to one system. All calls to extensions are internal calls and free of charge. Our Cloud PABX is hosted on a HP Server at Vox Telecom, band width and availability is are garanteed. 3CXPhone: 3CXPhone is a FREE software you can use to make and receive phone calls from your computer, Android phone, IPad or IPhone. Ideal for staff on business trips. The 3CXPhone is configured as an extension on the 3CX system and not depended on any location.
Support: GWS offers excellent support options. Our Support Help Desk is available from Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 for 1st line-, remote- and on-site support. In case of emergency we are also available after office hours. We recommend an SLA (Service Level Agreement).
