HGST Active Archive System Implementation Service Service Summary An expert HGST professional will engage with customers to ensure a swift and successful implementation of the HGST Active Archive System. This engagement will include: • Pre-implementation planning, including a kick off meeting with the customer where site readiness requirements are gathered and pre-implementation checklist is developed. • Design verification and system implementation will follow the pre-implementation planning phase. The actual implementation will be conducted based on the agreed upon design. As part of the implementation, testing and validation of the basic configuration will be performed. • The implementation of the Active Archive system will conclude with basic operation and management training for the customer.
Service Benefits HGST is dedicated to the success of our customers. This implementation service leverages HGST’s expertise and known best practices, while minimizing customer cost and risk. It also bridges the gap between physical installation of the Active Archive system and custom application configuration. This offering also includes customer enablement and training on basic operation and management of the system.

Customer’s sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty shall be HGST re-delivery of the nonconforming work. No other warranty support is provided. Provision of services, including Implementation Services, is subject to HGST’s standard applicable terms and conditions and statement of work.
