INSTALL PANEL The panel and cable manager are designed to fit into 19 inch rack widths. Install the panel into a rack as shown below.

24 POSITION PANEL
PUNCH DOWN TERMINATION CABLES Remove 1 inch of cable jacket and fan out all four twisted pairs. Use a standard 110 type impact tool to terminate cables at the rear of the punch down panels. For best results, maintain twist in wires up to termination point.
NOTE: TIA/EIA-568-B WIRING CONFIGURATION IS SHOWN IN THIS ILLUSTRATION. FOR TIA/EIA-568-A WIRING CONFIGURATION, REFER TO COLOR LABELS ON PANEL.
MAINTAIN TWIST IN WIRES UP TO TERMINATION POINT

Unlock CAM Screws (2) and Rotate Bezels

After all jacks have been terminated, use straight screwdriver and 1/4 turn CAM screws to unlock bezels. Rotate bezels corresponding to patch cord flow, as shown, and lock CAM screws.
Install Wire Manager Use 12-24 screws (4) and install wire manager between top and bottom rows of cables.

Dress Cables into Cable Manager (Recommended) Route patch cords installed in two rightmost bezels toward the right. Route patch cords installed in two leftmost bezels toward the left.

Install Designation Labels and Icons Place plastic label cover over designation label and slide both into each bezel from either side. Or snap write-on designation strip into each bezel. Determine circuit designation and snap either phone or computer icon into each location.
