HOPToner™ Program Limited Warranty Warranty ™ This limited warranty applies to all toner cartridges sold through the HOPToner Program. What does this limited warranty cover? This limited warranty covers any defect in the material or workmanship of the cartridge under normal use during the warranty period. It also covers failures of the equipment (printer, fax, copier, or all-in-one) that are caused directly by a malfunctioning cartridge. What will we do to correct problems? During the warranty period, Hoppstetter’s will replace any malfunctioning cartridge at no charge. If the cartridge directly causes a failure in the equipment we will replace the cartridge and dispatch a technician to fix the problem at no charge. If the equipment is un-repairable, Hoppstetter’s will replace the equipment with a new or used device equal to or greater than the value of the broken machine. How long does the coverage last? ™ The warranty period for cartridges sold under the HOPToner Program is 3 years from the date of purchase. Any replacements will assume the remaining warranty of the original cartridge on the date of installation. What does this warranty not cover? This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by environmental conditions (including electrical), user error, or malfunctions and/or damage not resulting in defective material or workmanship.
